Homeboy Industries provides hope, training, and support to formerly gang-involved and previously incarcerated people, allowing them to redirect their lives and become contributing members of our community.
Meet Delia
Joining Homeboy Industries in 2012, she unexpectedly found a home. With steadfast resolve, she reunited with her children and is now a grandmother of five. From the 18-month program, she ascended to lead the e-commerce fulfillment team. Today, she wholeheartedly credits Homeboy Industries for her journey.
