All of our items are baked fresh and made without preservatives at the Homeboy Bakery. Most of our items are freezer friendly. If not consumed within 1 day of receiving your order, we recommend the following care instructions to preserve freshness: 

We recommend leaving our Butter Cookies, Mexican Pride Assortment, and Almond Horns at room temperature and consuming within 1 week of receiving them.

All of our Ring Cakes and Coffee Cakes can be frozen if not consumed immediately and defrosted to consume.

Our chewy cookie boxes can be stored in the fridge if not consumed immediately.
